After coming here a few times and observing how the staff works, all I can say is that they need to be a lot cleaner and more organized. I've seen the waitresses eating and speaking to their costumers with their mouths full, the entire restaurant could use a fixer upper and definitely stricter rules on cleanliness. Their food is great but I wonder about how sanitary everything in their kitchen is, especially if what is visible to customers is dirty.

I'm white as hell and this is my favorite Mexican restaurant . We love coming here !! The owners know us and treat us like family. The hot salsa is freaking AMAZING Planted right in Heart of Mexico in down town Santa Maria ! The atmosphere is authentic and welcoming , and lovely . The culture is phenomenal and the uniforms are way legit . It Gets packed because of the great food - the service is slow sometimes but the food and quality is quite nice. The waitress are bilingual and FUNNY as hell I love having a great waiter or waitress it really makes you want to come back - large parties are welcome and small family's also - I would always recommend this place 100% .

This is an amazing hidden gem. We weren't sure what to expect upon entering, but it has been a most delicious experience. It's a hole in the wall mom and pop establishment with amazing flavors. We will be returning the next time we are here in Santa Maria. The Mariachi Band was great too!
